3D Print files for the Phase 2 Clone Trooper Armor

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital 3D print file, not physical armor.

This armor has been built from the ground up to be 501st approvable. Built from the in-game models of Battlefront II you can be sure it is highly accurate.

**As of 4/8/2020, the alternate files for the movie accurate files are now included!**

The armor has also taken the physical printing into consideration and includes many separable parts for ease of printing and real-world wearing.

Everything pictured is included, even the helmet. Some parts will need to be mirrored.

As with all my digital files, please only use for personal printing.

first build

I completed this armor set in 3 months for DragonCon, running my single printer day and night when I wasn't working. Appearance-wise, it came out great for my first-ever armor build. However, there is a big design flaw with the armor in the way it is designed in BF2 when wearing it IRL. whether these problems are due to me not sizing correctly or the models having actual technical conflicts can be disputed. The main problem I currently have is the chest and back pieces are too wide, which means I do not have much room to reach my arms around. This also conflicts with the bicep piece, meaning I'm holding my arms out like C-3PO, which results in my arms becoming very tired within a few hours. I firmly believe this is a technical issue because you can see within the game that the bicep pieces fade into the corners of the chest piece. But again, open to dispute if it is a problem on my end. Shrinking the chest piece is not easy either, because I then have the abb plate to account for. With the files as is, with the only edit being the abbs being heightened, the abb piece barely fits with the chest and back, even with the gap between. It could be the hight edit that causes this issue, but adjusting the abbs to a smaller size in any other way is not an option or else it becomes too tight or does not fit at all. I do not blame Galactic Armory at all for these issues, the models are very accurate to the game. The issues lie within the game model itself not being as IRL-friendly as other models sold elsewhere. I had a great time building it and learned a lot. Hopefully I can resolve these technical problems in time for Halloween.

Great work :)

I'm amazed by the details and the printability of the files. Only problem I have is with the Belt. I'm not quite sure which parts the AOTC/ROTS Variations are replacing. Maybe some help for the arrangement could be included :) Other than that: nice job and I'm happy to shop again.
