3D Print Files for the Beskar armor featured in The Mandalorian TV Show

Remastered and remade to be CRL and Show accurate. Nearly every piece has been modified for accuracy and ease of printing/wear

Includes files for:
Helmet - Assembled and Separated Versions
Armor - Separated into 42 pieces
Jetpack - Pre-split for smaller printers and includes Season 3 attachment system
Pistol - Included at no extra cost

The forearms come in 2 interlocking halves and are able to fit larger hands 

The knee includes pre-separated darts with holes for 1/4" diameter reinforcement rods

The calf armor also comes in 2 interlocking halves for easy printing and wear

March 9th, 2026 Update - Added movie version of the left forearm

The armor is just what I was hoping. No better files online for anything close in cost. The best deal for collector quality. The 1 star missing is because the armor is a little thick in some areas like the chest. The lip made it difficult to flush the abs and chest together, but with a little sanding, it was really no big deal. My Lulzbot TAZ 6 could is a little small for some of the pieces. Absolutely a great product.

Beautiful Files and easy to print

I purchased this a few months back. I've printed this on my anycubic chiron and it has come out great! I've resized them to fit my son and he is so excited for his suit to be finished. Thanks for the great quality of files.
