The most accurate Echo helmet available!

This helmet was designed from the ground up to be as accurate as possible to Echo's new helmet in The Bad Batch TV Show.

The main helmet is in a single body and can be printed in one piece on a 300x300x400 mm print bed.

An additional version separates the helmet into 3 main pieces. These pieces have holes pre-cut for 6mm x 3mm magnets to ensure an easy snap fit that can easily be broken apart. 58 magnets needed total.

Aerators and the center mouth detail have been separated for easy printing and finishing.

Great! But could be improved

The file is highly detailed and very well done, but when printing the version that is split into 3 parts the area next to the visor that connects the top of the helmet to the bottom is very fragile. which makes sense for the design, but for actual functionality, it breaks ridiculously easily, even when reinforced with fiberglass.

Nothing bad about this Bad Batch Echo helmet!

Just finished printing the first 2 pieces of this helmet with the part separation and the use of cut out holes for the magnets are well placed and well worked into the design. Great file and design!
