PROFESSIONAL GRADE
The Professional Grade set is casted from an impact resistant resin. Most parts are already pre-smoothed and ready for painting. Parts are casted in a mixture of semi-rigid and flexible materials. You will need to cut out holes for strapping. Some parts are still 3D printed such as the optional inner thigh straps and the Tacpad.
Due to the flexible nature of these parts they are able to fit a much wider body type! The parts are scaled to fit between 5'8" and 6'4" and 150-300lbs. We are not able to offer custom sized Professional Grade kits.

3D PRINTED
The 3D printed set is done at an incredibly detailed layer height in PLA plastic. It will require sanding and smoothing before it can be painted.
Shipped as 35 pre-separated pieces it includes the following parts:
Chest - 7 pieces
Back - 8 pieces
Shoulders - 2 pieces
Shins - 4 pieces
Forearms - 4 pieces
Tacpad - 1 piece
Thighs - 6 pieces
Knees - 2 pieces
Belt Buckle - 1 piece
Default scaled to fit between 5'10" and 6'4" and 200-240lbs but can be adjusted by request.
