Der präziseste Echo-Helm auf dem Markt!

Dieser Helm wurde von Grund auf so entworfen, dass er Echos neuem Helm in der Fernsehserie „The Bad Batch“ möglichst ähnlich ist.

Der Haupthelm besteht aus einem einzigen Körper und kann in einem Stück auf einem 300 x 300 x 400 mm großen Druckbett gedruckt werden.

Eine weitere Version teilt den Helm in 3 Hauptteile. Diese Teile haben vorgestanzte Löcher für 6 mm x 3 mm große Magnete, um einen einfachen Schnappverschluss zu gewährleisten, der leicht auseinandergebrochen werden kann. Insgesamt werden 58 Magnete benötigt.

Belüfter und das zentrale Munddetail wurden zum einfacheren Drucken und Fertigstellen getrennt.

Great! But could be improved

The file is highly detailed and very well done, but when printing the version that is split into 3 parts the area next to the visor that connects the top of the helmet to the bottom is very fragile. which makes sense for the design, but for actual functionality, it breaks ridiculously easily, even when reinforced with fiberglass.

Nothing bad about this Bad Batch Echo helmet!

Just finished printing the first 2 pieces of this helmet with the part separation and the use of cut out holes for the magnets are well placed and well worked into the design. Great file and design!
